Owl Security Solutions contacted Scorchsoft with an idea to develop a mobile application that streamlines the process of logging visitor entries at various events, such as movie shootings and photo sessions, using QR code technology. The goal is to replace the current manual system of managing visitor entries with a more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly solution.

Our client faced significant challenges with their manual system, which relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets. This method was time-consuming, prone to errors, and inefficient for security personnel who needed to validate visitor entries quickly and accurately.

Scorchsoft developed a bespoke mobile application using React Native, ensuring compatibility with iOS and Android devices. The app generates unique QR codes for visitors, which security personnel can scan for validation and access. The application also includes offline functionality to ensure continuous operation without an internet connection.
